Going wales myself on Thursday for some sea fishing (fished it many times) love the place, my grandad was Welsh. Never fished off the wall, but fished the pier a good few times.
It's definetly a rotten bottom spot there's boulders littering the seabed there a variety of fish there just hard to get them out😂I'm enjoying the Channel tho mate👍

Well, I haven't caught a cod this year from the North Wales coast, however, travel to the mersey and you should be into one. As for bass, I'd say try the menai or stick to pensarn.

@@thatsabite got a new tripod delivered to day something parker put it up to try it out with my new sonik vader xs rod and new sonik 8000 sure reel and it fall straight down flat on the floor spread out like a octopus 🐙 i can't even see how it can stand up with out it fulling back down again there's nothing to lock the two legs in place lol 🤣😂😀

Oh yes, your right there! Snag heaven! Normally down the centre, your not to bad, down by the pier is another story. Distance is key.
