The best thing about the Carbonara Pizza is that even the restaurant, who has consciously put this in their menu, is fully aware that it’s deranged. Impazzita means crazy in Italian, so Carbonara Impazzitta is literally “Crazy Carbonara”. This is amazing. 😂😂😂

@@nicoladc89 I’m not a native Italian speaker, but my understanding is that “maionese impazzita” is crazy (or wrong) mayonnaise because it was done incorrectly? I never really understood this to be honest.😂
@@ninjaahjumma me neither to be honest, I never did mayo in my life, but yes a "impazzita" mayo is a wrong mayo. I don't really know what happens but if happens you have to throw it away.
Now, in Italian if you have to say "I did a crazy thing" or "She is crazy", you don't say "impazzita" ma "pazza". A "mad carbonara" would be "carbonara pazza", not "carbonara impazzita".
Impazzita is used when something goes to be crazy (lei è impazzita -> She went crazy) and with that mayo thing.
So literally "Carbonara impazzita" means a "carbonara that went crazy".
I’m so glad they found Mr. Z and it had led to this series. It really seems like they’ve formed this really sweet friendship with him that I hope will mean more of him in episodes to come 😂

Crazy, I’ve been following Josh and Ollie since their early korean englishman days (2014ish) and I think Lord Z is the only guest (that initially doesn’t have any relationship with either of them) who managed to have such a strong bond and chemistry with Josh and Ollie. It’s as if they’ve been friends for a really long time when they actually have only just met for I don’t know, probably 1 year?
I hope that they can continue their budding friendship whether the camera still rolls or when it is off camera
It seems to be the case though :) during one of the episode I remember Ollie complaining to Josh that Andrea went with Josh and the Jolly spouses to a nice restaurant and he could not come (so Ollie joked about being excluded bla bla)
This shows that they actually hang out in real life too!

I love a thin crust pizza but nothing beats a good pizza rom Naples. Definitely need a season 2 Southern Italy !! Loved this series.
We eat napolitan pizza also in the North, that's the only way. For some reasons mr Z(even tho he Is very knowledged about italian and food in general) brought them tò a shitty pizza Place, i Guess tipical from his region im not sure.
The trip really was exceptional. Also, I loved how Ollie never fails to show his enthusiasm in his promo video.

That this series is ending has made me very emotional. I don't know anythng else than jolly whos had a total character development for everyone. Like for example gabie, the masterchef cook in a video became a wive of seven years, juno, the twins, the friends, the highschoolers, the rappers. And now, a completely random Michelin stars cook who dresses like a bond villain took them to a journey that's according to josh; the craziest trip in his life. Like I still remember my early days of introduction to Jolly when I saw them eating that sandwich with a whole goddamn lobster and a wagyu with gold sheet. I feel like the crew, they are the nicest people who get to surround themselves with the nicest people and it's honestly why I fell for this channel like the vibe is SO GOOD. Thank you as always for your hard work making videos for us, love from Jollybeans!!

It's just unfortunate that the company the ad is for is a scam. Established Titles is a Hong Kong based company that doesn't own any land in Scotland, they don't plant trees for anyone.

@@mariapizzaa One of their rival companies that's been in the business a lot longer than Established Titles put out a ton of information on them. You can look that part up on google under "Established Titles vs Highland Titles Comparison". After seeing that, I did some research on my own and confirmed most of what they said. Then I took it a step further and started checking the land titles for the plots they claim to own since that information is public record. One is a forest owned by a farm, another is owned by a property management company in England, and the address I found for them in Edinburgh I managed to find a list of the tenants of the building and Established Titles isn't on the list.

Too many people just get so focused on how you don't really own land and the title is fake (Well duh whole point is a fucking novalty thing, no one actually trying to buy land or have a real title. Though whole point was kinda donate for enviroment and get something fun out of it) But you pointing out how they don't actually plant the tree is pointing out where the real scam is.

I've always wanted to go to Italy and do a food tour as well as see rome , I love history and I love to cook . Now I know I won't live long enough to live my dream of going to Italy I'm glad I got to see you guys do the ultimate Italian tour and I will probably go back and watch the series over several times in my final days on earth . That chickpea pizza is very similar to a type of thing from the South of France sold usually at pizza places or open markets where they sell pizza called Socca.
Apparently it originated in Italy, called Farinata. We also have it in Argentina, we call it faina. We usually eat it WITH the pizza, as in at the same time, one on top of the other.
Farinata is from Genova or Liguria...it's very traditional and it's eat alone.

I recently travelled to Italy, and watching the Jolly team and Mr. Z eat Italian pizza is making me crave the pizza there. The flavor of all of the ingredients tastes so unique and fresh, and the texture of the pizza dough is to die for. Love the video!

I still remember the pizzas I've had in Italy, they're by far the best pizzas I've had, now to be fair, I've only had pizza in 7 different countries, but I feel like it would be really difficult to find pizzas on the same level as the ones I've had in Rome outside of Italy.

I don't know if Josh or Ollie realize this, but you don't legally become a Lord or Lady through Established Titles. It's a novelty gift, where you lease land from a private land-owner, and the company essentially sends you a certificate. There's a whole legal process that's involved with becoming a Lord/Laird/Lady, and part of it is owning vasts amount of land, and also living there. As most of these title-giving websites basically say: "you have free speech, so you can technically call yourself whatever you want". So, there's nothing stopping Ollie from just calling himself Lord Kendal, and nothing stopping Gabie from calling herself Lady Gabriela.
