You stole the words out of my mouth.
@@andrewkaminskas7721 And many of them died in crashes that drivers walk away from today.
These guys are the true f1 drivers holy crap freaking manual gearbox imagine going 200 and having to shift down when coming to a turn leaving only one hand on the wheel and doing that about a hundred times every lap
you dont shift that often r u blind?
These weren't sequential that you just bump forward and back. These were H pattern gearboxes.
@@epistte H pattern boxes with ridiculous amounts of throw. And they were 1000 plus horse power too.
@@DasKloputzer ever heard of an hyperbole?
@@fanoftheclassics5720 u drunk?
He isn't even pushing it but the skills are always there
Yes, it's due to the big camera at 0:35.
Warm up lap
That right there is the GOAT!
Senna was the. GOAT
I could watch that all day, which is something I cannot do with any other driver.
Tempus Fugit:
Imagine if he had the push button shifting of today. All time great!
I was going give up moto gp bikes in 1988 to go to the elf winfield school to get into F2 F3 then hopefully to F1 i could imagine...an i did watching that Aryton a i a hard headed italian would have butted heads...as he did with all fellow drivers...he was an unbelievable talent especially how good he made himself in the wet...most know he sucked in the wet...so he worked on it day an nite to be the rainmaster...that alone is worthy merit for legendary status....
1:34-1:41 no lights just crazy
The way it should be!
No communication, one hand on the wheel. Just driver and car.
Concordo plenamente!
Damn I just realized there were absolutely no comms during the race what year did that first become a thing?
Great to watch Senna manually changing gear and steering with one hand. Proper race driving.
The Best Ever!
The master behind the wheel
The good old days when I wish they would bring it back V8V10I be so happy...
Thanks so much for sharing this, another timeless video.
👍🏻👍🏻
I posted another Senna's onboard today. Tomorrow I Will post another onboard video of F1 80s era 👍🏻
Ayrton drove by intuition and instinct. That was magic on its own.
Airton Senna do Brasil...A LENDA ❤❤❤
The best of all time!!!Genius!!!🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Is it just me? I can watch him drive all day
He is on another level. Such a special time.
