I always love to see new people react to Beth Hart. This is one of the most unique concerts to watch. She gets in the audience more than once during this concert. She is amazing, and her work throughout the past 20 years is amazing. There is so much more from this concert to see. And she was completely sober and drug free performing this concert. This was at the end of the concert and she was wet from pouring water on her head and face during other performances. She thanked the audience for coming because this was her first concert back after rehab and she was diagnosed with Bipolar 1, of which she has said during this time she didn't think she needed the meds since she quite all the drinking and drugs. So she still to this day will get down on the ground on her knees when performing, even in a dress. It is how she feels the music. She did not put her face in anyones tits, she just gets down on the ground. You can see this in many other videos. They originally had a smaller venue, but moved it to a larger one as Amsterdam was very happy to have her back. She has since done some amazing solo work and work with Joe Bonamassa. I saw her last week in San Diego, she's so, so good live! She is so gritty and raw, her emotions right there for everyone to feel. She's such a good find, such a deep catalog of live stuff to find. Her lyrics come from the seat of deep passion, and pain. She's always surrounded by amazing musicians. Good to meet you! Enjoy!
I saw her 12 days ago in Greensburg Pennsylvania, and she truly is one of a kind. Her voice can take you anywhere. From the lowest of lows, and the depths of depression and anguish, all the way up to the height of the moon and beyond. I’m a Beth Hart fan for life. Jon Nichols is a great guitarist but when Beth performed with guitar prodigy Joe Bonamassa it's next level. They did a live performance in Amsterdam of the great Edda James hit I'd Rather Go Blind. She not only sings she composes and writes all her stuff plus covers everything from blues rock jazz with absolute amazing skills and power. You are the best reactor I've come across.
