오늘은 한식 조리사 자격증 과정 중 하나인
칠절판을 만들어 보았는데요
모양이 화려하고 맛이 산뜻함으로
전채 음식에 맞는 음식인데요
밀전병을 가운데 넣은 후
6가지 재료를 둘러 만든 것이 칠절판입니다!
흰자를 굽는데 팬과 한 몸이 되버린..
한번에 성공할 수 있었는데 아쉬웠어요
계속 썰다가 끝난 오늘의 요리🤣

Chil-Jeol-Pan is a dish with gorgeous look and refreshing taste. It is suitable as appetizers, and made out of six ingredients!

만드는데 조금 번거롭긴 하지만 한 번쯤은 만들어서 먹어보면 좋을 것 같아요
