My students have 50 minutes of independent study at the end of each school day and it's a new thing. We've struggled to get them settled - they're enthusiastic, lively and spontaneous! - but this is one of the best background music I've found to help calm us all down and study. I've tried others but I think yours have touched them in a way they don't even notice, the whole atmosphere in my room morphs into one of peaceful focus and quiet chats instead of chaos... Recently i had some challenges at my new job, trying to catch up with 1 million things...for a normal human being that was not normal in volume and intensity. I was getting symptoms of anxiety, intensive hard time and even flashes like before fainting. At that time i have discovered the music that Peder creates. 3 compositions that i have downloaded from his site kept me alive in a literal meaning. The sleepless nights got calmer pace, the whole thing started getting some positive meaning, and i found myself after few months, totally different, able to cope with everything and most important, all the job which was delayed was done.
I love falling asleep to this... one of my biggest comfort characters is a pianist, so I always imagine her playing the songs. The music is so relaxing and soothing, and really helps when I have intrusive thoughts at night. It helps clear my head. Thank you. 💕
