I'm a community college professor who has been teaching online for the past year due to covid. Lately, I've been experiencing anxiety whenever I have to be on the computer to grade papers or meet in Zoom. I just discovered this link and I have it on in the background as I grade. It seems to be helping. If you're a student, or you have a family member who's a student, please know that your teachers miss you and want to be back in the classroom with you as soon as we can.

This morning, I woke up and started working from home. I poured a cup of coffee and started playing this music in the background on my headphones. I know its soothing music to relax and go to sleep. I really, really does help the person's w disabilities, my daughter has the same problem gets really bad insomnia at nighttime. when they r having a hard time to relax and go to sleep. My guess their mind is running around in circles in their head and need soothe music to listen and relax their beautiful minds

I really, really does help the person's w disabilities, my daughter has the same problem gets really bad insomnia at nighttime. when they r having a hard time to relax and go to sleep. My guess their mind is running around in circles in their head and need soothe music to listen and relax their beautiful minds
