I especially like it for the youngest family members because the hooks are clearly visible and the points protected. We agree with you that "we hope we will never HAVE TO use this kit." BUT, we enjoy testing and practicing with our gear. For us, landing a few small SkipJack tuna in the South China Sea is the ultimate test. Great fun on light gear. If you can do that, odds are you will eat.

I was in Russia walking by a small forrest creek,stopping to look at a pool .I didn't notice anything until I saw sticks moving slightly on the water surface. It was two old guys fishing motionless ,sitting right beside me in the bushes. They were using sticks for bobbers
