Great work Eric, keep it going. The guy sweeping like a mad man at the fast food joint is the type of guy you need on your jobsite cleaning. Workers like him are a rare gem nowadays.

The man is trying his hardest to succeed in life and grind to support the family. You guys need to stop hating and be more positive Eric keep up the good work, brother.
A floating slab does not need a separate foundation per code, and you can build a garage on that foundation. The stem wall was added to grade the exterior, that's all. The finish grade is the driveway, if you didn't add the stem walls you would be up to 10 inches above finish grade. That's the only reason that stem wall was built. Floating slab does not need a foundation and can be used to build a garage. Lot of people talking negative about Eric, I give him alot of credit, he's young, he has drive. He's going to make mistakes, everyone does. But do a little research before criticizing him.
Ok then when the structure slides off of the foundation in a 30 mph wind because the footer isn't right you can help the home owner redo it... there are building codes for a reason
And if he put the footers in the ground like they're supposed to be and at depth he could of saved the homeowners on a lot of money on wood also...but I'm sure he charged extra for that....
