To me, this is the ultimate watch. Rolex watches are too common, and they remind me of something you give to a factory worker when he retires. This watch is pure elegance and grace. It has the ultra large dial as it's canvas, a beautiful tone of pearly white, the minute markers, hands, and hour numbers are all in bronze. I love the outer edge of the dial diagonally reaching up to the crystal with the accurate fractions of a second printed so perfectly. That rose gold case is the perfect match for the bronze accents on the dial. This watch would work well for a black-tie affair, business casual, or even jeans with a V-neck sweater and some loafers. Thank you for giving this watch the credit that it deserves and for highlighting it with music and story.

Not a hype watch. That is one of my primary watch collecting rules. I don't want to see similar watches wherever I go. I have my own mind and want to demonstrate that in my collection as much as anything else. This is a principle of life also. Think differently.

Having recently been very ill and in intensive care in a coma for a week with a brain seizure this is just the tonic I needed for for my recovery, as a long time viewer of your channel I don't think you'll ever get any better than this, the beautiful watch the stunning music from Hitchcock's vertigo composed by the genius Bernard Herman he really does put to shame the so-called film composers of today, and then there's Maria Callas whose life was as tragic as one of her operas, the divine food the atmosphere what more could anyone ask for, keep up the good work this really is what you do best.

On a rainy Sunday afternoon in 2019, I saw Turandot at La Fenice. The beauty of the opera house alone was worth the 200 euro ticket. The performance was excellent, but I was surprised when no one clapped at the end of Nessun Dorma; I thought the tenor had done a great job (?!)
Then the pandemic came, and the world stopped. I hope to get back to Venice again sometime.

Another great tour of Venice and what a great timepiece ! I got mine in 2009 in Las Vegas (no AD in Detroit (shocker!)). I said to my wife who didn’t know the brand & only said “didn’t I want another Rolex?!?”) I just said... “those who know, Will know...” and I was right. Wore the IWC to an event at the Detroit Athletic Club a week later, and got many many compliments.

I really like and appreciate your message and feeling around the Portugueser… it’s for you and special. Not safe but something you can love and enjoy. I realized the same thing in my journey and glad to see you working in the direction of what’s special to you. I think it’s interesting too because often you think a watch will feel special and then you see it and perhaps it doesn’t. Sometimes you come across something like this where it really pulls your heart out of your chest and you feel like you must have it. Those are the best ones to get. They are the ones for us who truly care about watches, what they represent, and their meaning.
I don't know why but when the intro was playing, I was thinking this looks like a Woody Allen film. Another good one. The sights, the sounds, the shops. Liking your philosophy on life, the history lessons. Loved the shots with you and your friend eating and enjoying each others company. Cheers!
