The government is lacking far behind with services. this areas should have been paved and sewerage and storm water systems installed. We cant hide behind the area being rural. This area is more beautiful than some urban areas I know.
You could not say it any better. I feel like we are failing to rule ourselves. Selfishness is ruling us and we end up all loosing😩 People are tying best but those old guys😎
The villages are sprawling, rates and taxes are the only way to bring roads and stormwater and to maintain them.Form a Home Owners Association This will not be popular but that's the way
The Venda nation are proud and respectful people who should be admired by many of us here in south Africa, most of them are highly educated professionals in their field of work. I myself as a proud Zulu have been admiring all their outstanding work and efforts in everything they do. Keep the Venda flag up high and show the beautiful things you are capable of achieving. Respect 🙌❤💯
That's the best brick from experience. I have used both types of brinks.....that is the clay brick and cement brick. The brick is very strong. It does not crack
you cant build double story house with those bricks most Venda and Malamulele Houses are built with Cement bricks only the walls can be built with mud bricks
Stop lying to the people 1. Those bricks are not the ones building the mansion in Venda, those are low quality bricks yes people who can't afford standard brick use them but not to build mansions 2. Sand is not almost free its expensive, a load of 6q tipper truck is R1 700 3. There are big fuel station like Sasol, Engen, BP, Caltex and Shell in Venda Please do research before you upload your videos
I think a financial audit need to be done on these people with multi million houses. One wonders where the money came from. ??? Oops maybe money coming from ,,,,,,!!!!! 🤑🤑🤑

I always wondered how do people build like this in rural areas without roads ? Sewerage systems ? etc ..Is this approved by municipalities ? Do these people pay levies ? is the land given to these people to build ? Is it worth building a house in a rural area ? Something doesn't add up . Must be a catch to this or is this just any person building anywhere they like without a proper process?
Do you have the same views with Alexandra and the shacks that are all over South Africa, in regards to permits or is it those who seem to be doing good for themselves that should follow municipal regulations?
Sir . Vafhuwi . I thought you will tell us the secret where they get the money to build those Houses. Is not a secret how bricks are made. We all make bricks on our own ways . The secret is where is the money coming from?
He obviously has not visited Ra Freddy in the Bafokeng area of the North West. It's breathtaking. The neatness is striking (to be expected in a Tswana area) If North West was not hot and dry I'd move there. I need humidity as I'm a coastal (originally from the Wild Coast).
Do you have any contractors information in Venda ? I need a builder
Let me pin this maybe you get someone to contact you

it is insane in venda, they doing it the african way...
Self sustaining homes ... solar power for electricity, boreholes for water and bio digester for waste. Off grid. Very doable.

Hi🤗
Ndi ta livhuwa
How much do they sell the brick for per brick, just wana compare prices
R1 & R4
How much each brick?
I think about R2-R3.50 each
why is their soil red like that
VENDA has this tropical kind of weather. Maybe it is the reason🤷🏿♂️

It’s clay, not mud
lower grade then,
They don't build double stories using those bricks you are lying
…trust me, they make their own bricks in venda. Be it these ones or block bricks, nothing comes out of venda! Just Cement!
That looks more like clay tho
It is typical red soil. Maybe mixed. Isn't clay the best for bricks?
