with my dummy i have a range at which it follows you but if you are not in that range you can still see the run animation playing even though it is not moving. How do i add an idle animation to it so it looks normal?
How do you actually get it to work without having to make your own animation? I was trying to make the "chase2" animation work for the old Apeirophobia v0.13 Howler and it didn't work at all, it stayed the same pose it was in the model.
Why cant you make it so it stops playing the animation when the monster is in idle?!, Instead, You just make it so it plays an animation, This video is useless!

We need a one that if it spots a player it chases them. If they are too far then it will stop chasing.

I think you do the same thing but you just add an idle animation by going to function
