Can you explain why you use the word "Easter" in your celebrations and what it actually means (to us all)?

Comes from the Greek πάσχα (Pascha) which is typically used in reference to the Passover lamb or feast. Christ is the final Passover lamb. Check out Acts 12:4 or Strong's G3957. What it represents is Christs sacrifice on the cross
