I'm so happy to see this. I recently made something similar for a relative. They were gifted a "viking axe pizza cutter" with a blade the same shape and size, albeit a very different handle. It came with an inexpensive almost orange faux leather vinyl sheath, and I made him a customer one out of leather similar to what you used.
That’s an interesting sounding knife!! Always fun to create something for something atypical ☺️

Knife looks similar to a mezzaluna, but with a central handle.
It’s a Ulu, a traditional knife used by Inuit women :)

being Athabascan and lived in Alaska as a kid we always had an Ulu
They are a pretty sweet tool. 👌🏼 not something you’d find in my kitchen drawer…. Yet ;)
