The res is Campus Key, but unfortunately they don’t provide transport and it’s quite far from South Campus so I wouldn’t recommended the place if you are at South Campus.

Yes it is, but beginning of the year they don’t wait for NSFAS so the deposit, admin fee and first month of rent is on you until NSFAS releases funds.
