The scene is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! It has everything, the setting, excellently skilled actors, and an incredible song to capture the mood and magic of the scene! There is absolutely nothing forced or fake about this scene! Both actors made it 100% authentic and beautiful! Henry at one of his most vulnerable moments; Alex not only actively listening to Henry but actually hearing what Henry is saying and needs at that moment and then providing him that without any hesitation or doubt!! Truly one of the most spectacular romantic moments in movie history and should be celebrated/recognized as such!!! 🎉🎉🥂🥂🎈🎈

Even though director Matthew Lopez says there's no director's cut, it deserves at least two sequels & a holiday special, titled "Red, White & Something Blue" about the Royal wedding, "Red, White & Baby Blue (?)" about starting a family & "Red, White & Evergreen," about their first holiday as a couple.
This scene still gets me EVERY time!!! It is just so beautifully written and acted!!! Both actors leave no doubt at all how much each character truly loves the other!!! ❤❤

I love this movie!!! I have watched it 4 times in 1 day and I cannot stop. The book and the movie are great. The chemistry between Nick and Taylor is off the charts!!! I laughed, I cried. Everytime I watch it I see more details and nuances that I missed. The love making scene was perfection!!! Never seen anything like that before. ❤️

Is it just me or the hoodie that henry uses is the same hoodie Alex used when he talked about their first kiss to Nora. I mean if it’s the same hoodie, it shows how far too deeply inlove they are with each other. Couples usually “borrow and exchange” things with each other whenever it’s possible
I believe you are 100% correct and that is the same hoodie Alex was wearing in Nora’s office!! I also agree that it reflects the true feelings that they have for each other so that Henry has a piece of Alex with him and essentially holding him even if Alex is not physically with him!! In my humble opinion that is!!! 😊
