I bought my Blue Yeti a few years ago and still love it, but if I didn't have it and wanted a new mic, i'd probably get a Samson Meteor instead.

Literally less than 5 years ago this WAS the mic to get, now it's getting trashed for no reason. It uses a USB, so what. Quality is damn near perfect for the price. Buy this microphone.

its coz many people doesn't even bother to learn about its polar patterns, condenser module location etc n gets disappointed at the output, so they naturally put the blame on the product. You'll be surprised the no of creators who talk to the top of the yeti on social media n doesn't realize why they are sitting too close to the mic sometimes even uncomfortably sitting.🥴

Just bought one in 2023 I prefer usb mics over headset ones bc headset ones pick up my breathing too loud and also pick up my headset volume in the background bc I play on loud volumes had the hyper x quad cast and a fifine one for my ps5 they worked good but this blue yeti it’s really good for the ps5
