For skirted options the TOTO Aquia IV (requires an adapter, reach out for one/details if needed) and the Grohe Essence 2pc elongated dual flush toilet (#39674000). For non-skirted the Glacier Bay Dual Flush elongated (SKU 215-583), Michigan Collection Tuscany (Model # Z22E16S18246-N), and Project Source Pro-Flush Chair Height (Model #MT-20204P). We find that a lot of times folks will have an outlet installed near the toilet if they don't already have one nearby or an extension cord can be used. We recommend at least a 14 gauge extension cord.
Thanks for your question! We have a review on our short list and hope to have it done soon. Compared to the S7A, the Ultra Nova is more comfortable with a larger sittable space, it has a couple of features the S7A does not have like enema wash and a lid that can be sat on but the S7A also has some features the Ultra Nova does not like Pre-mist of the toilet bowl and deodorizer. Overall we think the Ultra Nova is a great seat and it's comfort wins out!
As long as you have access to the water inlet to connect the bidet to the waterline you should be in good shape! Most wall hung toilets have enough space where the toilet seat bolt holes are to install a bidet but you'll also want to make sure you have at least 1.5" of flat space from the bolt holes towards the back of the toilet.
