Watching you cut that CLEAN 45 degree angle on both pieces was super satisfying, AND helpful! Now I kind of know how to cut angles much better. Thanks! :D
Lol. It got released a little late. I had to go to a school function and support my graduating former students. Now with summer upon me, my time won't be split between two jobs and I can hopefully get ahead of the build videos.
Thanks 💯 The good thing about UA-cam is you are never late, you see it exactly when you want to. Hope you have an awesome summer Chris. I will miss seeing your smiling face and positivity at school. Good luck as you move up to the next level. Don't forget to stop in and say hi to me from time to time.
McGyver and Monty python too! Dude! Lol I'm just waiting for Ben Eadie to post a vid on how he constructs a coif. I remember you saying how you'd like to make one. Cool build.
Can't wait! I've seen some pictures of it and it looks pretty awesome. My wife and I sat down and watched a movie while I looped all this chainmail together. She was popping circles out as I was assembling it. It was the prop maker equivalent of snapping green beans. :)
Very nice build! Curious about the mail; is there a reason to mount it hanging in the direction you did? It seems like the rings become more rigid hanging that way, like as if they brace each other hanging in that direction? Awesome work as always!
Love this one Thomas. Must get some of that chainmail and add this to my collection. Thanks for the idea 😀 I am looking at a Thor helmet currently and might use one of your previous templates for this (again). We have the same size head so makes it much easier. Thanks once again. Dave (He of the samurai mask based on your joker)
You should! I love seeing spin offs of my templates. Some really creative people out there just adding to the idea bucket. That Samurai Mask was pretty awesome.
Nice hood ornament Thomas, i guess it won't hurt so much next time you get crowned... or maybe, you're trying out for the new spot as Burger King.... lol
Most of the things I make in my video get sold on my Etsy. Typically I only make one, so when it sales, it's gone. This build was actually sold to the inventor of the foam chainmail that I used in the video.
Thank you for your reply. Obviously, I'm a Monte Python fan. Gotta make the crown for my hat collection. Was going to try metal. But your work is easier. Thumbs up.
One of the best movies ever!!
Just pure silly
I never thought about EVA foam! Brilliant!
That foam chainmail is a game changer

OMG! It worked!!

Can’t wait for tonight’s new build!

Nice build 👍
Thanks 👍
One of my favorites characters!
It's been so long since I watched it. I need to go back and laugh at the ridiculousness.
Yeah, I am working in an adapt the movie script for a theater play
Bring out the deaths! Hey here is my father, son I am not death!
Sorry I was late but great job 💯👍🏾

nice touch with the coconuts also my favorite line from the film ''I fart in your general direction''
ps Holy Hand Grenade?
I think my favorite scene is the part where they are trying to burn a woman for being a witch? That mob mentality. Such a funny movie.

Love it!!
Thank you sister!!

😆👊
Did u plastidip the chainmail too? Becuese i would think it would stick together and become less flexible right? Anyway love this build
I did, very light coating. Probably could have gone without it.
@@MuchProps yeah I can imagine how it would affect things
I'd love to see you do your take on a championship title belt
I made a belt for my Fallout 4 cosplay recently.
@@MuchProps that's one step now I'd like to see you do a full build with the championship plates that attach to the belt
@@MuchProps just personally but diy title belt videos get good veiws
One day lad, all this will be yours.
...What the curtains?
LOL. No, not the curtains, lad!
5th comment!!! Also, I like how he posted this at 11 pm
I am a teacher with the final days of school. Grading projects and talking to parents all day. At least I got it out on my build day.
No matter what method or material you use, making chain mail is a time consuming pain in the behind 😂
It is very monotonous. But always looks cool when you're done
The mail in the Holy Grail movie was actually knit from yarn and painted.
Do you also sell these?

What shirt are you wearing, and where do I purchase one?
It's a faux chainmail knit I got off of Amazon. I've also seen the at Spirit Halloween
Thank you for your reply.
