I like how they bring the multicolored regeneration back with the Thirteenth Doctor's regeneration. Her energy is the familiar gold but also has colors in it. It looks really cool.
I miss Muarry Gold. I really just miss Pre series 11 Doctor Who. There was so much stuff like this that made being New who feel like a nice long term investment (while most episodes and seasons still remained really good on their own).
OP probably didn't mean this, but he's technically only half-wrong. We've seen him regenerate/change bodies numerous times in classic Who, but this is the only on-screen Master regeneration in modern Who. Saxon Master to Missy and Lumiat (good female Master incarnation in the audio adventures, gets killed by pre-rehab Missy) to Spy Master happens off-screen.@@HOTD108_
He didn't regenerate on screen during 3. He got crispy during 4 and body snatched during 5. 6 he didn't change. 7 he didn't change. 8 he body snatched. In Big Finish with 8 he did regenerate but not on screen. 9 no show. 10 he regenerated and then something happened we haven't seen or heard yet. 11 no show. 12 she just appeared and then seemingly died. 13 he appeared but technically regenerated.

Meanwhile the Doctor subconsciously chooses a face once, is always dazed and confused, even erratic at times after regeneration.

While that is impressive. I don’t think the Timeless Child damages the history. The Doctor still ran away with Susan and all that. Also the story is still in motion so those “plot holes” are really just “plot points” that will create more original stories, which I am 99% sure was the intention.

The Master put the 'sneck on' - when he raises that little button on the back of the lock. Its a yale type lock, they are designed that way so the key will not operate the lock with the sneck on. It's a nice joke, all that Timelord tech but it comes down putting the sneck on to keep the Doctor out, giving the master time to deadlock the TARDIS from the console...
It's the latch on the back, which isn't actually operated by the key at all. It's an additional deadbolt that locks from the inside and cannot be affected at all from the outside unless you can slip something underneath and then up the door.

If they travel through time and space; as the time lord race does: How, therefore,could other time lords not exist even if they were from a “past” era and would time travel not negate any concept of a traditional clockwork as in the past would be the present/future/past and any other combo of the three explanations? They implying that they are the last two and many other storyline explanations indicated that even though time lords travel through time the still experience time in a linear manner (also giving the “age” of a time lord when technically would not traveling back in time relatively cause a mathematical negative or negate out a specific planetary monitoring of time)?
Idk if they explain it later but my headcanon is that there is a clear "present" timeline that the series follows, that being the reason why the doctor and his first companions of each incarnation always ends up being from our present time
Essentially, every individual has a "personal timeline" that operates outside of our linear time understanding. One fundamental rule of time travelling is that you can never travel back down your personal timeline, so simply travelling back and fixing your mistake is out of the question. As such, time lords can travel to the objective past of worlds/nations/galaxies but never to a point in space-time they have been before. Also, Gallifrey is timelocked during the Last Time War, meaning all time lords on Gallifrey are unable to time travel to leave it and by regular method nobody can access it either.
Thomas Johnson Romana’s regeneration took place off-screen. Her trying on a series of bodies is an oddity in the series though as the closest we’ve seen since is the Tenth Doctor regrowing a hand.

The Doctor apologises to the newly regenerated Master because the last time they saw each other, the Master was being sucked to a gruesome death in the TARDIS's Eye of Harmony link while the Doctor gloated.
I was gonna assume that it was due to him being revived and given another regeneration cycle. Then again, it looks yellow from the outside, maybe the rainbow was a small side effect from the chameleon arc rewriting his dna literally minutes before this.

These masters were suave, menacing and charming at times. Sacha's master just seems like Simm 2.0 and that for me shows unoriginality, similar to how Whitaker's doctor is pretty much just a mashup of Tennant & Smith but badly acted. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

There are rules and limits on Time lord time travel (more laws). The doctor and the master just really break them a lot.

I was gonna assume that it was due to him being revived and given another regeneration cycle. Then again, it looks yellow from the outside, maybe the rainbow was a small side effect from the chameleon arc rewriting his dna literally minutes before this.

@@DoctorWhoHugh I'd wish they'd return back to the original way the master was portrayed back when Delgado, Beavers or even Ainely played the character. These masters were suave, menacing and charming at times. Sacha's master just seems like Simm 2.0 and that for me shows unoriginality, similar to how Whitaker's doctor is pretty much just a mashup of Tennant & Smith but badly acted. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.
