I've tried multiple treatments it's not going away I scratch my head while I'm sleeping Other than head It's atopic dermatitis Suffering from bruxism My teeth grind over each other My whole body is in stress I can't do nothing just cry But still I'm going bcz there's no option left for me

I am an MS Computer Science student at UTD, Texas and I don't know how I landed here, and coming straight to point. There is no free lunch in this world and you have to seriously work your ass off to achieve simplest of things. As Indians born in middle to high income houses, gets the good enough life, but lemme clear this, if you go out you have to work very hard. Please don't see only the glamorous part of 99.90% people so called instagram/YT/TikTok stars( here in the States ) like Ludwig, Shroud, Carryminati(Indian context). And please don't follow any people blindly, if your brains works you can't agree 100% with others people. So find your logic and try to be your best self.
