The answer is culture. It’s the culture of AIIMS. To have no rigid hierarchy. Chetanya is 2019 batch , i’m 2012 but we don’t have that senior junior gap.
Its sad to hear this. At our times the best bonds were of those developed with Seniors and our Juniors. We looked up to our seniors for advice and obviously marking our books before the finals🤭, but we took great care of our juniors, like siblings. Sad to hear things have changed.
Acha Hai. But fir bhi Kitna bhi cool lage age gap to hai aur u r more experience, also we r not in USA, so using 'bhaiya' ya 'aap' won't hurt considering all r coming from desi background. My opinion
Amazing video especially coming from AIIMS toppers. Very insightful. Aditya Sir and Rishabh Sir are the seniors each doctor could have ever wished for.
I can't thank u enough for doing this...especially @DrAditya2935 . I'm a 2nd proff student nd have been soo confused for a long time that if i should take a non pg path and how to go about it but frankly i had no one to guide me. This video is soo valuable. The whole gap talk was very insightful. Thanks alot guys 🙏
Very thankful to Rishabh sir and Aditya sir for this podcast ….was very insightful and loved the interaction with the juniors wish I had seniors like them 💯
Nice perspective from your side. Very insightful information. I think one area I really wanna u ppl to discuss is entrepreneurship startup etc line bcz of the current hype around it,is it feasible or not ? And what background one shld have wrt that, I mean family money etc. Or is it just waste.
Great podcast loved this casual interaction AND KEEP GIVING THESE REALITY CHECK 😂❤. What hectic here They have all PGs and SRs and Superspecialities and in south india most colleges don't even have PGs and they do way more hectic internships and interns alone manage entire hospital to be Frank. And Aditya and Rishabh gets only Aiimsonian as they believe becoming doctor is only from AIIMS Where most successful doctors are non Aiimsonians.

Hi Rishabh, very insightful podcast. I always believe that medicos should explore unconventional career. I did MBA after MBBS, and then founded #docthub. Let’s connect someday.
Hey man...this was a great video... actually we medicos should come forward with this podcast theme...talking abt life..talking abt future..we are not explored much among the public..so lets have every medicos pr atleast mbbs and bds together for some great content
Hey doc, is mbbs completiin with pg exam qualified at 28 good and then applying for MD for 3 yrs i.e 30-31 yrs I will be a specialist provided I studied mbbs from the 1st year itself Ps:Anybody reading this comment can give a feedback, it will just keep me at ease. I am really stressed
You will need to be ready for decade long studies, tough entrance examination, stress of hospital duty while being paid peanuts when your top tier MBA friends will earn handsome salary. Problem comes your choices made at 18 do not matter when you turn 30 and still studying and giving entrance examination. Nowadays tough competition is everywhere in medical field. So choose this field wisely only if you are really passionate about being a doctor.
@@uttiyadeb7583 the thing here is I'm 21 and currently in 1st year I got confirmation letter of SAT this year in Princeton my mom and dad wants me to continue my mbbs and I am just confused like I was in 11 choosing the stream.
