I’m here in September 2022 and found out that Steep Panther was named Atomic Punks VH tribute and come to check them out and to have success and then rebrand your act and blow up like Steel Panther is truly remarkable . I found them on Balls out album and was instantly blown away coming from 80’s/90’s metal growing up. I absolutely love these guys.
Ralph has the best DLR persona, technique and most of all scream out of any VH tribute band on the planet. He has the comic relief and the attitude. Aaaaah, when the Atomic Punks were “great”.
These guys actually made me a VH fan. I knew VH from the MTV days, when they actually played music videos, but I only ever really knew 1984 & Pretty Women from that stellar video. I was hanging out one night at Pink E's in Vegas, shooting pool and drinking some cold ones, and these guys take the stage. After that, I must have gone to 20-30 shows when they came to town, killer live show. At the time, all I could think was how much better these guys where than the real VH of the time. This may not have been the real deal, but it was close enough for me. My ears would ring for 2-3 days after each show, and it was worth it every time. LOL

Alex just goes along with him due to them been brothers I like DLR first era and sammys but DLR has lost it now Sammy can still belt them out plus no mikey but yeah Michael starr (Ralph) would be a great frontman for VH as he can sing like DLR and Sammy
Michael Starr (Ralph - to those of us that know him) has jammed with Eddie quite a bit in the past. There used to be a few videos on UA-cam of them playing a live gig (a party) at Eddie's house in Malibu on the tennis court. I'll see if I can find a link...
Theyve worked hard. Im glad they got to interact with the actual band members at some point. Ralph seems like a sweetheart. I wish Eddie would have collaborated or done some projects with him.

Every time Ralph screamed, Mike would look over with a big smile and think to himself, “Holy shit, he sounds just like Dave, I’m likin’ this ! “ 😂
Im an old guy, so I saw VH several times with DLR, and while they were awesome and fun shows, he sang only half the words and was not in key most the show. Now if Eddie could just stop popping off about old band members and let those dogs sleep....He doesn't need to slag Michael Anthony, Eddie we know how badass you are.
You Nailed it. LOVED Roth, but he needs to quit. Ralph Nails every bit of it. Love Eddie, but he seems like the biggest asshole . Who would dislike Michael Anthony ??
