- TJ Musshorn, a Sergeant for the Military Police in the U.S. Army returned from a tour in Afghanistan to surprise his 5-year-old son Jackson at the Southington YMCA. Musshorn was in Afghanistan for 10 months.

I'm so ,..so glad soldiers are celebrated,..these reunions are documented,..and celebrated,..when my dad came back from Vietnam,..there were no parades,..no balloons,..just his family,..waiting,..after years.of worries,..watching the news,..praying it wasn't his plane that went down,..when he came back,..we were the only people on the planet,..who were there to greet him,..to cheer him,..so very,..very happy he was back home,..so happy,...like this little boy,..and his family,..he doesn't know now the peril his dad may have been in,..I didn't know until I was older what my dad had faced,..,.just knew he went away,..but eventually he came back home,..God Bless this family, and all those who go through this,..long, healthy happy life to them,..
