You mentioned a problem if you get a surge over 1800 watts, because that's its power rating, BUT almost all of these of power stations can handle much higher surges. For the 180 can handle surges up to 2400 watts (they claim 2700).
You are correct on having a 2400-watt surge. I only said this so people don't hurt their Bluetti by over loading the unit.

Great video. I just purchased this one with Black Friday special at $649. I have the EB70 but just want to have plenty of power for my Alpicool refrigerator. I’ll be able to lift this at 35 pounds as my husband will not always be camping with me.
How long does it last on full charge without charging it with those coolers ?
It will run the 30 qt cooler for days without a charge. On eco mode, it only pulls 45 watts and on max 75 watts and that's not a constant draw either. Now on the small refrigerator that's going to surge to 450 watts then it lowers to around 120, then to zero when the compressor turns off. So I imagine it would run for 5 to 6 hrs. Sorry it took me awhile to reply, it just now came in.
So will this ac180 be strong enough to cool a 52qt for 3 days without a charge?

The math says 27.5 hrs if it runs consistently. I have a BougeRV 30 gt cooler and the compressor would turn off when it reached the temperature set. I would say it would in tue right conditions, cooler not in direct sun light and if it's not opened a lot like by kids lol
