I just bought the Flair Signature and 1ZPresso-JX PRO and WOW. I never thought I could make espresso at home that tasted like my local coffee shop. Thank you for all of your videos, Arthur!
Useful and informative content! Also nice work setting up the camera angles, editing and overall quality. Not every new channel get's these things right from the beginning 👌 great work! You got yourself the anniversary 200th subscriber! 😄
Oh that’s you! Thanks man so much. Yeah actually I have another channel I’ve been doing since 2013 that has over 200k subs (it’s for Japanese people). This is more of just a hobby for me, but it helps in the experience.
I think we do not have to be obsessed with every details of brewing the best tasting coffee, as we cannot simply zero in on the correct method, it will only draw us farther more to the equipment or devices rather than making and enjoying a good acceptable cup of Joe, espresso is not everything in coffee making

2:41 how about cold water? Was good ?
Such an informative video! Thanks for wasting your beans for us.
Thank you! What other kinds of experiments do you want me to try?
Ok you win, great videos so I’m gonna hit the subscribe button. Keep it flair or I’m outta here.
I’ll be doing flair videos and Olympia Cremina videos :) the next video is a Cremina video. After that I’ll do another flair video
Go 1 maybe even 2 clicks coarser, it'll make it all a whole lot easier, predictable and repeatable. For hot water as well.
Yeah you’re right. But I like the richness of fine ground ;)
