I have just realised that my constant travelling was my way of dealing with trauma. Well the body has reacted and I am in treatment for cancer. But the prognosis is good 😊 and I’m not concerned But Tara I was told by a dear friend to listen to your talks. And I have sometimes in the early hours. I’ve been going through this for a year because not only do I have a 21 year cascade of chronic toxin-based illnesses one after another, which left me with PTSD from the medical system. These toxins and infections have affected my brain. Then a year ago, I had horrible trauma of having a family member physically and emotionally abuse me. I also am almost 70, and I’m tiny. I can hardly drive or talk on the phone because of my anxiety. I was never like this, and had a 40 year high school English teaching career and raised 2 kids mostly alone, and now I feel like a scared child! It’s humiliating and my ego is gone. 😇🙏
