I started listening to Lisa LeBlanc five years ago because her song "Aujourd'hui, ma vie c'est d'la marde" came up for free on iTunes Canada, at the time I was heading off to Switzerland to do an exchange year and learn french, I was looking for french tunes to help me learn. I must have listened to that song like a hundred times, showed it to all my friends, it was my favourite song to listen to while I was taking the train to and from school. Four years later she ended up coming to my hometown in the Yukon to do the Atlin Music Festival. Hearing the rest of her music and this song live made my day! Rock on Lisa!

une des meilleures performance de Lisa Leblanc que j'ai vu, c'est celle du Studio12 à Radio-Canada, c'est vraiment intense. Elle est tellement bonne, je lui souhaite une très très longue carrière (et tant qu'à moi, j'espère qu'elle fera jamais dans le populaire, sa musique, que ce soit en français ou en anglais est aussi bonne une que l'autre)
