I have all of them. Basicly all you need is a v11 with the new motorbar, go for an extra battery. Or buy the shark stratos with 2 battery wich cost less with same performance.
@@themrbobross V12 because i have a small apartment. I love the button and it's lighter for others in the house to use out above ground cleaning maneuverability. The fluffy laser head is awesome. I think the V15 is probably great too. I got the V12 for $450 on sale from Dyson. V15 was $560 or something like that. The money savings was also a factor. If you have carpet, I would go for a corded vacuum unless you already have one. If you must have one vacuum and you want it cordless, I would pick V15 for any carpets
When reviewers neglect the fact that all of the batteries v11 and up are the same, it makes them untrustworthy. It also makes dyson's numbers make absolutely zero sense.
I have the dyson omni glide and I like it! It light and tiny. Two brushed make a good job. The only dislike from my side is a bin size. After using few days, I check the filter and it prefectly clean.
@@EVR1AL When I bought my V10 that was their latest model so it made sense (to me) to choose that model, and with the exception of the bin flying off the front of the machine when it's being emptied (because those little plastic tabs holding the bin in place aren't doing the job) it's been a decent experience.
Thanks for this really great video. It's difficult to keep track of all the differences between the various models. Your video gathers all the information and presents it in easy to understand charts.
He neglected to mention that all of the removable batteries are the same, Which means for some to be more powerful than other that dyson limits some of the outputs. Which also means dyson is not truthful about runtimes. The v15 cannot be more powerful and have a longer runtime using the same battery. And why on earth wouldnt dyson offer a high capacity battery. They'd make millions at launch
Thanks for the great video! I am still stuck between the V12 and Gen5. Small apartment with mostly hard floors, where the V12 would be enough. But i also want to use it for cleaning the car regularly. So, is the power of the V12 enough for the car, or should i go for the Gen5? The Gen5 would "only" be 180€ more than the V12 where i live.
For your application, I would go with the V12. I don't think you'll see much of a difference in power when cleaning your car with either model. I do think the lighter smaller V12 will be easier to use in the car.
Which has better suction? One of the handheld Dysons, or a 18v vacuum from a brand like Milwaukee or DeWalt? I don't mind upgrading the battery on the Dyson. I guess the other concern would be things like weight/size/accessories/noise/cost
the soft fluffy one gets sooooo full of hair sooo fast. the little wheels are so full of hair and don't spin. it still works but it's hard to push on the floor...
Great video! It almost explained the informations what iv been seeking for! I’m thinking 12 detect or Gen5 outsize, is it easy to replace the extra battery for Gen5 outsize? Thank you! ❤
Excellently produced video with clear test details, results and comparisons. Very helpful. Thank you so much.

For hard floor, would you still say digital motorbar or the soft roller?

Hair tangles around the brush roll & axels can be easily removed by using a seam ripper.
Everything I needed to know was outlined in the first 12 secs. The digital motorbar (the universal tool) is only available for two models.
Awesome video! Including the chart comparing the Dysons across other brands was a nice touch!
Thank you!
Dyson's marketing people have a good understanding of how to create the "I want this" sensation in consumers, even if they already own an older one.
Yeah vacuum as status symbol, crazy world

The Gen 5 models have a different power connector as well. Great video though. I really enjoy these!

This was the best review I have ever seen about Dyson products. Thanks.
Thank you for watching!

Superb video. Exactly what I was looking for.
Hey great video! Just went to the Dyson website: seems! There are a lot of replacements batteries can buy, including V8. Is this correct? Thanks!
Great video! Could you confirm if the chargers are dual voltage? 110-240. I really want to buy a dyson but in my country we use 220v
We recommend the most expensive one, followed by the 2nd most expensive and wait for it… the next most expensive one!
Still using my v7 animals

Great video! What about submarine models?
Have you guys done any tests on ryobi or shark cordless vacs?
Great video! Will you be doing a video on the Dyson BP04 purifier soon?
I would like to, but I have a sizable robot vacuum backlog to get through first.
Thank you for your analytical reviews. Hey next time you get the chance could you review the SHARK upright stratos?
I need a vacuum that can reach under low beds and couches. Which vacuums meet this requirement?
Depends, how long is your bed and couches
Best review video thank you so much 🎉

Looking as scores, samsung jet75 is best that's not Dyson gimmicks
Beautiful
Cordless is bad cuz it doesn’t last long and battery replacement is expensive
For anyone watching, do not buy Dyson. Just go look up their customer service reviews, the worst company I've dealt with.
So what do you recommend
Samsung
My v10 died today. Bought in 2018. If i get 6 years out of this new 15. Im good
None, they all suck and are poorly made. Ask me how I know...
