I just run twinfalls, pop the totem, close the game, start a new session, and then run it again lol. It always has a nearby totem in 1 of 3 spots. It's boring but efficient.
I'd also consider hitting up the steelcap district vendor a few times in this run because he'll almost always have an aether crystal and he has a chance to sell am aether cluster
For aether crystals "The Immolation" area in Deadman Gulch is better and you can have a totem too and a guaranteed boss 😉

Lvl 99 is fresh xD, fresh is a "max level" character without end game gear.
