Sometimes I find myself behaving in ways that I don't even understand. So I started asking myself, not the question why are you like this but what happened to myself. Coz no one else asked me that question so I asked myself. It is in this deep self reflection I came to understand myself omg that is why I am trying to run away from this situation or why I am so biased here or judgemental here etc etc. Sometimes we need to be kinder to our own self too and ask ourselves the question- "what happened to me"? In those quite honest conversations with our ownselves we hear the loudest most important answers that we kept avoiding to pay attention to, but we need ourselves to hear and confront for ourselves to move forward in a positive direction. Finding the root cause why it is what it is.
