My husband is from Thailand and we make a version of the cuttlefish topping to eat with mussels and shellfish. After 36 years together, I can finally eat things almost as spicy as he does, lol. I love watching these videos because I really enjoy seeing her smiling face after she tries some thing. So cute. 🥰
Watching you eat the grilled cuttlefish reminded me of my family's vacation when I was younger. My mother, who is thai, decided to buy this with the spices and all that yummy stuff. I remember having one squid and it being super spicy. After trying to go to sleep in the hotel room my tummy started to hurt. I remember fighting for my life in that restroom... Not because the squid was bad but I couldn't handle the spice coming from the other end.
That coconut ice cream looked so cool and delicious, perfect for a late summers Eve 🥥💫⭐️ the camera work is perfection! Always showing and explaining everything I want to know about far off lands. Hello from Ohio, America
In Thailand, we usually call that Pa Thong Go (with the Go behind) most people dip that with either condensed milk or pandan dipping sauce and also I've seen some stores been selling it with thai tea dipping sauce too it's also great. But I usually ate that with hot soymilk (without any sauce) in the morning after some congees and stuff. Also the cuttlefish one look super super spicy those green garden chilis are one of the spiciest chilis found regulary around here. So if you can eat that, I'm pretty sure that you can eat almost every normal dish in Thailand.
Unfortunately I can't even handle a little bit of hot. Would I still be able to eat a lot of things? I love watching these street vendors making their foods! Also, what did he put a dip of in between the 2 pieces of dough? I wish they would put up sub titles as to what they're making.
Everything looked great here - everything (even the Cuttlefish which I would probably not eat). Amazing the street food in many countries, nothing really like that here. Thank you, DancingBacons.
It never ceases to shock me just how cheap this food is compared to what you'd expect to pay here in North America. I honestly can't think of a single one of these that wouldn't sell for at LEAST double the price - and that mixed grass jelly with milk in particular would be $10 all day long.
My husband was from Thailand and it's a fantastic place to visit. Best foods in the world. Most are very hot and spicy! Most delicious thing I had there was a dessert called Fuktong, a pumpkin filled with a coconut custard pudding and baked.
It would be nice if you and your partner can visit Cambodia. Not many videos of Cambodia street food on YT. Cambodia has lots of nice food to enjoy. Thanks for a great content, keep it up.
I will never get tired of this channel, it is so informative and the food always looks so delicious 🤤, and I like the woman who always accompanies him so much, although I always had the doubt, is it his mom or his friend? 😅
Condensed milk is perfect for them too or maybe you could drink them with milk if you’re tired of just eating them without any dipping (My recommendation is Ovaltine milk!)
Ah yes, the Pa Tong fried dough, normally when I eat those, I dip them in congee. Personally, it just tastes better like that. In some Chinese restaurants, the fried dough comes with the congee you ordered just for this exact purpose
I think in Thailand, people consider Pa Tong Go a dessert and is usually paired with something sweet, as seen in the vod. Sometimes I saw my Thai mother ate it with hot soya milk as well. (But yes fried dough + congee is HEAVENLY. just that I’ve never seen it being eaten that way in Thailand.)
I've seen that here in the Philippines but it's mostly like a donut in which it's fried, then chopped then rolled in sugar. Heavenly when freshly made.
I really wish I experience the Thai food markets when I went to Thailand. Thai food is probably my most favourite of all. Glad you both enjoyed your trip 😊
Am rly glad to see international people love Thai food since am Thai, even though I like other food such as korean and American but I can deny that Thai food is good 😊

It's Kaya Jam 😃 Normally they will have little orange color because one of ingredients is eggs. This green version come from Pandan leave extract which we're thai so in love with 🤣 so good fragrance! I live in Bangkok but the jelly's price surprised me too. I thought it's going to be 50 Baht. 30 Baht was so cheap!!! 😍😋🥰❤
Different economies. If you where living and working a standard payed job in Thailand, the cost would be very similar compared to your income.
