Thank you for this clear explanation. One comment based on my recent experience - unclip the harness before draining the fluid. Why? Because that harness clip can be tough to unclip (I had to unbolt the control module (2 x 10mm bolts) to gain better access, view and grip on the connector) and can take much longer than expected. In my case I ran out of time before I was able to unclip the harness and had to refill the oil and then repeat the whole process the following day when I had more time. For me the total time spent changing oil and cleaning screen was 30 minutes - unclipping the connector +2 hours.
always remove fill plug first. if you drain the haldex fluid and can't get the fill plug out, you ain't filling it back up. just my 2 cents i tell the noobies
this man is a LEGEND
You are!!

Already on the channel!
Do you put the car in drive and shift through the gears? You give it gas while doing this or you can shift through the gears idling?
I like to hit the drain/fill plugs with some brake cleaner before removing them, to prevent dirt getting in...
😎👍
You are amazing!
Thanks a lot
Is it really required to remove the pump and service it or only oil change is enough
If you have compressed air line, you can speed up the draining process.
Can you show a 2022 golf r torque-vectoring rear differential maintenance please?
Getting there, Erik!
link for the temp reader?

👍
Always hit the drain and fill plugs with a penetrating fluid
the autel is so unnecessary for this.
How else can you determine fluid temp?
