I just finished got the profiteer job. Hardest boss was probably Crow. Other than that, so far the game is a fun cake walk on normal. BTW throw your encounter rate up to 100 percent. You will benefit from it greatly.
Richard Rivera Better trick - amp Enc Rate to +100% to get the EXP, JP and pg rolling, then set to -100% when out of resources to restock in peace. Rinse and repeat.
