This is in France, and the people that you are hearing are from different countries. The main voice is from Algeria the other main voice with the saz is from Albania the Dervish is French the qanoun he’s from Tunisia if I’m not wrong… also the voices are from lots of other country, French , Moroccan, and even Pakistan maybe ..el Hamdullah.
