Thanks bro! Can't exactly see where they are plugging it in in pretty much any pic. Good to know the bind plug goes in the signal side, from bind to channel 4 to force the update mode. After seeing your vid it worked perfectly! Also, don't know why, but I love the quick cuts you do; You must talk alot like me hahaha
lol. yeah i def do talk a lot. Plus theres 100 times a video where i stop to think about what im gonna say so my sentence makes the most sense. i chop all those pauses out.
whys it in your closet???? id think it would be your mian radio!! the one you hook ALL your cars up to. thats what im doing. i only have 4 on it now but every car i get will most definitely be on this radio for sure!! i love it that much. lol
@@jstagzsr I bought this first. Got to impatient with the wait and the sucky arrma Transmitter and bought the dx5pro. Was going to return the flysky. They said it would be cheaper for me to just keep it and get 2000 points for my next order. So I was just going to keep it for my drag car once I start getting it. In addition, can use this as back up. To afraid of it breaking because I'm hard on everything. In my opinion, this is the best Transmitter I've ever saw. Yes your right, I can use this for both of my trucks and more. After seeing your modification, I'm too lazy to do all of that. So I was going to wait to use it for my first drag car, plane and then crawler. Still liking your videos because you share useful information that every one else seems like it's a big secret ( like in drag racing).
If anyone is having issues binding or having it stay bound after powering back on, even after updating the frequency and receiver, MAKE SURE YOU DONT ALSO HAVE A SERVO PLUGGED INTO RECEIVER while doing it all like I did. The manual doesn’t state that. After I figured that out it works perfectly.
Idk how I'm just seeing this but assuming this is universally true with all nobles this is a great piece of info to have! Wish I would've saw it 2 years ago. Lol
Just got the FlySky Noble but the receiver has no dedicated battery port. Can you tell me what is the best way to install the fgr4 receiver. I want to use all 4 channels and if I use power at ch1 or 2 I'm loosing a channel?
You have any issues getting the radio to connect to a PC? I've tried 3 diff computers and 5 diff cables but it will not connect and I can't update it. Very frustrating!!
just noticed this. i hope you figured it out by now but make sure all your drivers are installed and correct. windows 10 and 11 should automatically install what yo uneed to see the radio. could possibly be a faulty radio but ive never heard of this issue before.
Hi. I had this radio for Christmas to install in the ARRMA Moyave but I have a little problem. I can bind the two receivers sold with the radio without problem, but then as soon as I accelerate, it turns the wheels at the same time. Ditto when I brake. I put another radio on the Mojave, no problem. I put the noble back on and it causes me the same problem whatever the receiver (FGR4 or FGR4S): it steers the wheels as soon as I touch the gas. Do you have any idea because it spoils my fun? Thank you
Sounds like you mixed channels either in the radio settings or by shorting wires together.. most likely from the radio settings. You can either reset the radio or manually fix the mixing. Also, make sure the plugs are plugged in the right way.
@@jstagzsr Unfortunately no, I did not mix two channels (I had thought about it). I also made a factory reset several times and a new bind of the receivers but that does not solve anything. Finally, as I tested another radio which works perfectly it allows me to say that there are no false electronic contacts on my ESC or my servo. Do you think that updating the radio can fix something (it already has the latest firmware)? Or that it could come from the radio connection protocols?
@@roady2die912 hmmm. very weird. I have no idea what could be wrong then.. If the plugs are plugged in in the correct orientation and everything in the radio is set right, but several different receivers are doing the exact same thing, id guess the problem is in the radio itself.. At this point if i was you id try absolutely everything.. Re-update the firmware, re-update the receivers, rebind, start a new model, delete old models, etc
@@jstagzsr Well finally I found the problem but it took me a lot of hours ... I had mounted my JX BLS-HV7132MG servo with a metal body on a new aluminum support without silentbloc (instead of the plastic original support). I'm not able to explain it but when the servo is directly in contact with the aluminum (it also touch the chassis), it is parasitic: the steering oscillates and turns when I accelerate or brake. I put back the silentblocs and the original plastic spacer and there is no problem. I tried again without the silentblocs and without the spacer it gave me the same problems as at the beginning. Weird, isn'it? 🤔 To sum yo, the problem is solved and the Mojave is ready to go ... 👍
@@roady2die912 wow.. very weird.. there's a bad short somewhere.. there must be power running through the chassis somehow and it's shorting other things. That's be my guess. Very very weird.
