The main reason is that the company that made the Tenkaichi games, as well as the Raging Blast games and unfortunately the major flop that was Ultimate Tenkaichi, Spike, lost the license to develop more Dragon Ball games. So they can't remake/remaster this game even if they wanted to, especially since the the license(s) is currently under Dimps, developers of Xenoverse and Dragon Ball Heroes, Arc Systems, developers of FighterZ, and CyberConnect2, the developers of Kakarot.

I dunno why that popped in my head lol but I think that would've been a good fight.
God, this song takes me back to being a dumb kid messing around in BT3. I didn't even watch Dragon Ball Z until I discovered the Abridged series when I was 13. Before that, this game was my introduction to Dragon Ball and I'm glad I played it. It certainly isn't the best Dragon Ball game (FighterZ beats it purely for its balanced gameplay and the existence of Android 21), but it's definitely one of my favorite games purely on how fun it can be.
