- "The wildest Z at Z-CON", coming from the Zaddy himself, Larry Chen, that means a lot. This wild machine took 12 years to build so you know it was absolutely perfect. This rat Z turned race car is a 1971 240Z powered by a Twin Turbo VQ35HR making over 600hp on pump gas and it only weighs 2400 lbs thanks to all of the carbon fiber parts inside and out but there's more, it also has Holinger 6-speed Sequential! This car is indeed WILD.

This is one of, if not THE most impressive build I’ve ever seen and I spend way too much time on UA-cam.

For real , seen a lot of build but this guys build is insane
there is this and a supra done by twins turbo on build bio is by far the most impressive to me. this is one and the supra is 2 just cus this guy did everything himself.

This build is insane! The owner seems like such a cool guy and loves talking about the build him and his friend made, now that’s passion! That’s how I want to be when I get his age
I forget the episode but go back some and there's another video showcasing this guy's collection and it's like a Datsun/Nissan Museum.
Such a flawlessly built 240z 🔥🔥🔥 I love the stance, the color, engine, just everything is perfect!! When they asked how much carbon fiber do you need?? His answer....ALL THE CARBON FIBER!

I had a 71 Datsun 240Z with a 3.1 liter engine with 9:6:1 compression pistons with a turbo off an old corvair that put out 20 lbs of boost that was good for 525 HP. Good times.
Mind = Blown!!! Had me glued to this video till the end, even did some rewinds just to understand the detailing. The fit and finish - it's as if it rolled off the factory line today a la Nissan!
This machine is beautiful,,,period. I NEED that digital dash. Truly a masterpiece in engineering.

If you're into road racing at all, Mark's name ought to be a big clue as to the direction this car was going to take, and I'm not surprised as to the degree it was carried out. What a gem!

I still remember his silver z in 2008 with white stripes on the dock. It was a big influence and motivation for me to build my z when I was younger. Nothing but respect, love and admiration.

Little tiny touches like shaving the drip rails and the carbon side skirts into fender flares make this an Epic build. I like how the windshield was done, good to hear the tub, roof are metal and both the windshield and quarter windows are original Z glass. There’s a 240Z under all that carbon fiber !!!

I remember seeing a picture of the silver & grey version of this car about 13 years ago now. I had to know what it was and thats what got me into Datsun zed cars. I will own one some day.
