This is absolutely true of me, too.
I first heard this song either in the tail end of the year 1966, the mid 1967, or the beginning of the year 1968.
I first heard it from the security guard at our school hostel. When back home on school holidays, I sang the only part I could remember, the chorus verse, and my older cousin told me a brief story about the song, the name of the singer, who it was sung about/for etc etc.
At that time the radio was the only means to listen to songs. So, I heard the song on the radio after that only once when I was still in Nigeria and one more time here in the USA on the Voice of America radio.
Ever since I had been searching for the song on the UA-cam etc but with no success.
As I woke up this morning, the part of the song popped up in my head. And I thought to myself to search for it on the UA-cam again.
And lo and behold, there is the song.
I am so grateful to find it.
This song reminds me of my childhood and the many people who are now long gone, that played very important roles in my life during my formative years.
Again, thank you very much for the post.
    Please keep the good job.

Cette chanson me rappelle mes tendres années 1969-1970 - 71-72. Allah sarki "duniya wurin kashé ahu"
