As someone who experiments with this frequently, I can almost guarantee that the magnetic pull towards the 3:00 position is going to slow it down and prevent it from making it back up to complete the rotation. I can’t say for sure without trying it, but I don’t think it would work. I’ve actual done a similar design, though instead of the hammer, I used a pendulum with circular magnets at the end, and on the ring I used a V gate.

Perpetuum mobile. So not possible that a patent office doesn't give any attention to it. The law of conserving energy is not possible to break. Its a law of nature so not possible.

Technically, it has a magnet as a source of power, which, in time, will discharge.
Its not a perpetual engine, is a long lasting engine

      Magnetic feilds are potential energy

@@Connorforgot Not the field is potential energy but the force. But when the motor must go on you have to rebuilt the force.

Are you saying that despite all your efforts, there was no perpetual motion machine that worked? Was there anything that really worked? Tell we the truth.

After watching many videos, none of his machines worked. Then, an idea came to my mind: a perpetual machine could work with 100% guarantee. Now, I'm thinking about using zero friction with magnetic rods and plates, if possible, so that nothing touches each other
