Of all the ppl I spoke to on this subject, my pastor told me that sleep paralysis is caused by demonic forces trying to "pull you in" so to speak?! Like, if you're trying to strengthen your relationship with God, demons obviously don't want that! Very strange but fitting bc at the time my sleep paralysis became more prevalent I was becoming closer to God and trying to clean my life up 💟 It was like a force that just would not accept my choices! It happened almost every night around like 2am. In addition, every time I showed up early to church I'd find my seat, one time I literally fell out of my chair while trying to get situated, flew into a wall (it was an end seat) And smashed my head and ended up needing to be brought via the paramedics to get stitches. I attended a Christmas church event and literally choked on steak (almost to death) and thankfully had a military vet at my table who had to give me the heimlich maneuver and rescue breaths! Those demons did not like me having fellowship with other christians nor my getting close with God My point being, I truly believe sleep paralysis is caused by demons. For whatever reason, they target certain people? 😭 It's very real. Other people tend to believe aliens are to blame for sleep paralysis but once again, I don't believe in aliens as I've been taught that they are literally demons. If you don't know the true definition of a demon then it's difficult to understand the entire meaning of all this. I'm not a crazy person I promise lol. I've just learned a lot the past couple years and have experienced a lot.
Had sleep paralysis several times. It happens when your brain is active, but you body is in sleep mode. It takes few seconds for the body to wake up as well but it does seem like forever. First 3 times I freaked out cause I had the impression I was seeing something in my room moving, and then just got used to and counted to 10 and it just went away :))). I like to think of it like a real life lag...
I also had sleep paralysis and I thought I was gonna die too... It is an awful experience. And yeah, I think it is worth visiting Hungary once, try all the national dishes, they are great! 😋

(I saw the lights cuz of the spacing in the blinds) and I my head felt empty and I saw the walls shaking and moving around. then forward and back. I was scared so I tried calling my mom but I couldn't move or talk. I said hwr name but no matter how loud I tried being I was forced to be quiet. I was silently wispering and I tried crying but something stoped me and I had a thought in my head talking about an entity on earth. and I was 7-8 years old.
