Q&A How to survive Junior Doctor night shifts?

We start our career as a doctor in the NHS with 4 night shifts from 20:00 to 08:30 the next morning! 12 hour shifts - how did we survive them?! I explain my experiences and things I learned which hopefully will help you guys and make you all feel more confident!
