I like how their loyalties arent just swapped, but everything about them is.
Shockwave is a joker instead of a stoic.
Lugnut is level headed and shy instead of an obnoxious cultist.
Blitzwing's intelligent face can barely form words, his angry face is friendly and his crazy face is... Normal
SG Optimus sounds like Beast Wars Megatron in terms of dialogue.
Jazz comes off as a gangster.
Bulkhead is a grumbling brute.
Ratchet is...self-explanatory.
There is a constant where blitzwing’s intelligent side is polite tho

Well, it looks like SG Starscream did the right thing for the right reason.
I laughed at the shattered glass Omega Supreme bit. For a second I thought it was going to be Omega Doom where he is the most powerful Autobot ever, but making him the smallest transformer ever made it even funnier.

1.) I love how SG Prime's voice is similar to Beast Wars Megatron's, considering that both Animated Prime and BW Megatron were voiced by David Kaye. Great attention to detail!
2.) SG Blitzwing's "normal" face had me cracking up.
3.) That jab at Bayformers at 15:48 was awesome.
I like the take on SG Lugnut, but personally I always pictured him as basically being something akin to Sweetums from the Muppets; he has a terrifying exterior, but is actually a gentle giant who's the kind of guy that we be all like "hey, how's it going?"
It's more of a reference than a jab

Every time a character was reintroduced it felt like a hard slap that i expected and feel stupid for not dodging, and the fact that omega supreme is teeny and everyone else is the same size is pretty damn funny all in itself.

This was the first episode I watched out of your S4 storyboards, just because I was craving Shattered Glass content. And let me say, I don’t regret it one bit, as it got me hooked on binging your series.
We’re getting a dark all spark (Energen) story line with a Animated Megatron? That is so awesome!
So Sari is savvy enough to know all the "mirror universe" cliches and tropes, down to immediately figuring out that her dad and the other humans she knows are evil, yet the idea of evil Autobots and heroic Decepticons doesn't cross her mind until it's too late?

This honestly makes me wonder what the SG versions of Blackarachnia, Waspinator, and the Starscream clones as well as Starscream himself are like. Same with Arcee, Prowl, Sentinel Prime, Ultra Magnus and the Jet Twins for the SG Autobot's side of things.

I'm quite curious what Sentinel and Blackarachnia would've been like in Shattered Glass. My guess:
Sentinel is actually a nice guy and got Optimus expelled so he couldn't overthrow Autobot command.
Blackarachnia was send to Archa 7 by Optimus as an assassination plan but she became Techno-organic instead and accepts her new form instead of hating it.

Pretty good. However, I would certainly like to see a more completed version (full color at the very least) with some even more accurate voices.
NOTE: I am not taking anything away from this video, it's a pretty good idea for how this episode could have carried out.

Hey um, hope you don't mind this suggestion, but I honestly liked the idea Seth Montanez presented last year or so of giving the SG versions of the characters different names, like calling SG Optimus Prime "Nemesis Prime". Hope those can be incorporated into the reanimated version, and that Optimus Prime and Nemesis Prime get to face off against each other at one point. (Bonus points if Nemesis one day makes a clone of himself and Megatron that turns into a techno-organic that talks like a mix of both BW Megatron and Animated Megatron.)

Yah, that's right! I've been doing the 25th of each month to be consistent, since I started on December 25th to meet the show's anniversary. The only exception is Episode 4, which went up on the 20th of March because I was leaving for Mexico the next day and wouldn't be back for a while. It'll all be wrapped up by December, though. There'll be a couple times where I double up.
