Format problem flash disk sample.

This video helps to show you the basic best two ways of formating any drive.
Your drive may be a flash drive, pen drive or usb stick or any other. It maybe a hardisk drive.
caution: Do not perform on friends and conpany without prior discrete knowledge because you may erase important data on the drive.
Kindly backup all important data before formating the previous disk or drive.
The methods are in this video are :
1. Use of format option in the file explorer.
2. Use of the command prompt or the cmd to format the disk or flash drive or any other form of target disk.
The cmd should be started and run as administrator or press ctrl+shift+Enter at once. That is a keyboard shortcut for administrator command prompt.
Now use the diskpart utility. as describe in the video.
However there are tools that can be used for formating drives like flash disk drives.
