not really necessary, but you could have a quick swap set up with a throwable melee for boss dps (hefnd) to get radiant for still hunt gg and gg super ...as long as you have transcendent ready to pop...unless that also resets your super, then never mind! lol
You are right, I think now that I have done this once, if I go for it again I will definitely want to make better time and that means doing more DMG in less time. I always appreciate the insight, and I honestly did not even think about getting radiant from powered melee to boost my still hunt / goldie. In fact I did quick swap once on hefnd in this video at 49:50 to use snare bomb, but I was just doing it for the void weaken lol I wasn't even aware that I was benefitting from radiant w/ powered melee hits. I think I was just so fed up with dying at this last encounter so many times that I didn't have the full confidence in loadout swapping each time a damage phase came around. But I did not even think about proccing radiant from the powered melee, so I appreciate you saying that and will definitely be using the advice.
@@oj98 no prob...ya smoke bomb is great for that reason...basically a 40% buff, 25 for radiant and -15 debuff....and 2 or 3 solar surges on legs would make still hunt hit damn near the same as gg super!...plus you could go all in and do the meta rotation...pop prismatic/pop still hunt/pop gg/throw pris grenade then smoke bomb/shoot gg/shoot still hunt gg/shoot remaining 5 still hunt shots (hopefully all crits plus have 1 solar loader on legs) /swap to heavy (rocket with recon/explosive light or bait and switch possibly, linear fusion works just as well, 2 rockets is just enough time to proc your loader to give still hunt 1 in the mag, shoot that shot for the 6th crit...pop still hunt gg which auto reloads the mag and repeat 5 shots again/rockets)

ah nvm I see there is two different breachlights
Breachlight sidearm with the "Cast no shadows" intrinsic and enhance pugilist trait. 2nd column in Artifact has an option that makes cast no shadows better which will randomly overfill the amount reloaded from dealing melee damage, and with pugilist you will virtually never had to reload that weapon especially going a melee build. 2nd encounter build should be the same as the loadout I showed in beginning aside from Apex predator, I believe I swapped that out with cataclysmic.

I showed at the beginning of the video. didn't use the sword in encounters, I used apex predator for 1st and then cataclysmic for 2nd and 3rd.

@@topalsinek4598 NP, one thing I'll mention is that if you are comfortable loadout swapping, using Liars handshake (or a class item with spirit of liar) makes non-dps phases in the dungeon much smoother.

Whoever at bungie thought it was a good idea to make normal difficulty -5 should be fired and never allowed to work on a game again. This isnt fun. Its torture.
Exactly. I think the only thing my light level matters for now is trials🤷🏻♂️

And if it stayed the same you’d probably complain that the game is too easy. It was a great change to make endgame content stay at least a bit difficult. For things like solo dungeons it’s annoying, but it makes soloing a dungeon more of an achievement.
@@the1theonlyg248this almost single handedly ruined the game for me. What does power level matter for anymore? Nightfall? Well I get boosted to whoever is highest. Raids? Same deal. Iron banner? Nahh dungeons? Eh let’s lock everyone at 1995🤷🏻♂️ trials is legitimately the only mode in the game where power level means anything…

@@oj98 Just FYI, the loadout summary screen you showed in the video actually does NOT display your equipped aspects or fragments. I was wondering what you were using and saw several people asking the same thing bc that loadout view omits those parts of your build.
@@thedudeweeknd @diegoalves5504 Ah I see. Thanks for letting me know, if I'm not mistaken I was running Facet of courage, purpose, dawn, ruin, and protection. If you guys are comfortable loadout swapping for DPS phases you could omit one/two of those fragments for ones that aid in light/dark energy generation to guarantee transcendence every DPS phase. Facet of ruin is probably not totally necessary for example if you are having issues getting light or dark energy
