I think its suppose to be Kadoom Hakam tricking all of Dark brain's minions into thinking hes someone working for Dark Brain. When Skull Knight finds out hes been tricked, he joins you to defeat Kadom Hakam.
Now the truth came out. Zan-El's mission is to destroy Dark Brain for good. The solution? Kill all life in the universe, which are the harbinger of negative emotions. Also Zan-El is a Kadoam Hakam, it is a species divine beings. As such we never got to hear the real name of the last giant in Masou Kishin F. There is also a Kadoam Hakam fighting at your side. Her name is Fyureim. She lives within the Granteed Dracodeus.
One way to look at it as that Keisar Ephes, Dark Brain and Perfectio all generate their power from the same thing, negative emotions. Also, they seem to have the same end goals - Destroy the universe and remake it into a living hell. Perfectio is not dead, merely sealed, since it's basically impossible to kill it. Dark Brain claimed it will return as long as Negative emotions exist, and can be revived, as his minions were trying to do. Keisar Ephes is still out there on Balmar, and since the STMC and Ide don't exist in the OG verse, his motives will have to be slightly different. I'm kind of wondering if Dark Brain, and Perfectio to some degree are the opposite of Kadoom Hakam, since instead of trying to make races stronger, their goal is to destroy. Perhaps Keisar Ephes is attempting to become one of those in OG? While the Kadoom Hakam in Masoukishin F was a divine looking, multi-arm being, Keisar Ephes' true form is kind of the opposite. It's solid black, has multiple arms, and instead of a halo, has horns. Also, something else I found interesting was when the Fury mentioned Furleim being a dragon with a halo, it made me think of the Gan Edens. They are units that have halos, that transform into dragons. Perhaps the Gan Edens were attempts at synthetic Kadoom Hakam? There may or may not be any accuracy to this, just something I found interesting.
It would make a decent amount of sense for Dark Brain and Perfectio to replace the STMC in Keiser's motives. No clue on how the Ide would work but its not like "Death and rebirth" are a concept exclusive to that anime.

I think for Keisar will be similar since we already knows him from Alpha, but what would be awesome it either new form of Keisar diferent to the one you battle in Alpha 3 (probably having to deal with him like that and then with a new one) or a diferent entity that its basically has pieces of the 4 (Kadoom Hakam , Keisar Ephes, Dark Brain and Perfectio) rolled into one.

Anyway it doesn't end there when Kadum Hakam fused with Roa's ship he turned(turned back?) into Zan-El who is classic villain from SD The Great Battle 2(SNES) His fused form then somehow resmebles XN-Geist(SNES) and calls himself XN-L(Zan-El). Basically they mixed all those classic villains from SNES days to give old fans nostalgia heart attack. I know... WTF
Actually Kadoam Harkam is just one of the many Ancient Giants sent to civilization to grant them knowledge. So far there are three: Kadoam Harkam, Fuhryahm and Zan-El. Kadoam Harkam was sent to La Gias but the people there rebelled against him and he ends up getting split into three entities: Volkruss, Rasphitot and Gragios. Fuhryahm was sent to the Fury's homeworld and created the Granteed as a weapon to fight off the Ruina. Zan-El was sent to Fighter Roar's world, created Roar's armor and then fused himself with Grandread Fenossa and the Endlich Geist, he then arrived to the OGverse in order to "cleanse" the world.

Pretty cool, though not nearly as impressive as the Adamatron was with it's 'shoot you through the whole friggin' Multiverse and collapse a dimension on you' attack. Is this thing the True Final Boss or is there one after it?

因みに最強技の攻撃方法はそれぞれラストファイターツインのキャラの最強技です（サイコガンダムの援護砲撃、巨大化攻撃、リボルケイン）但し、リボルケインが最強なのは他の上位技が燃費が悪いせいでリボルケインが連発の効率が良いから

How does it feels to be SRW final boss that didn't fuck the universe/reality up in his final attack ? Must feels so lonely.
He is saving all of that after he wipes the OG pilots out. He can't waste his reality ending abilities on mere peons.
