I do love your hair longer but you can rock any style and if you swim regularly it is difficult to manage long hair. You talking to people you meet in London is always a highlight. You are so interested in them and take time to listen. This was a lovely vlog ❤

My dad is 94 with alzheimers and I've started filming him. I know someday I'll be able to look back and be so thankful. I cherish every moment. Glad you have those moments filmed.

I wish I could come to your Theory appearance - but it will have to be another time when I am visiting the UK. It is such a relief to see a woman my own age on UA-cam who does not use (or over-use) Botox and fillers. I enjoy your style very much! Also, please don't apologize for talking about your mother. It hasn't been that long, is totally natural and many of us can relate.

We celebrated my parents 67th Wedding anniversary this weekend and took lots of pictures as my dad now has Alzheimer’s. We had the most wonderful time with family and I will treasure those moments always. I was adopted in Knightsbridge in 1965 at the age of 12 weeks so consider myself very lucky to have them. Jo I love your hair best in a short, sharp bob cut, it really suits you and is very youthful. Can’t wait to see it next week. I loved seeing your wonderful mum, she always bought a smile to my face when she appeared in your vlogs, bless her xx
Your message really touched me,I was adopted aged 2 and am just 64.always been very close to both mum and dad but mum was also my best friend.Very sadly we lost her last Tuesday and although she was 87 I honestly never thought I would ever be without her.Memories last forever and I have lots of videos and photos so hopefully that will help and also for you xx

We are swimmers with grey hair and use a special shampoo and conditioner that prevents grey hair going yellowish ( it’s usually purple in colour and many brands have them) so you might look for them in the UK, it makes your hair shine and also very healthy. We love Myrtle….and you are right about needing a cleaner when you have a dog, even if you have a small apartment.

Jo, I have light eyebrows like you and have recently tried the just for men mustache & beard dye in light brown on them and loved the results. It only lasts a couple of weeks so if you don't like; it is temporary. It looks natural and helps since I don't wear much makeup due to allergies.
I use the same thing on my eyebrows! Works wonderfully and so easy to use.
Is that tricky to use?

Since you want your best skin, get a red light mask from Omnilux (or whichever brand is in the UK). Very passive treatment, 10 min. every other morning, no down side. You can still continue with your normal skin care products. Initially a bit expensive but mine has lasted going into the third year. I always get compliments on my skin and I am around your age. Your US twin, Kimberly from Pretty Over Fifty, doesn't use filler or botox, is concentrating on skin care. She uses various creams, serums and devices and loves her results. Like you, she looks her age but an improved version of herself.

I'd get a cleaner in a heartbeat if I could. Am hopeless at cleaning, due to my 'autism and difficulty with my executive funtions' - basically means, I cannot organise, or follow through with pretty much anything! That is my excuse and I'm sticking to it!! Lots of love X:)

No I only use Dermatica at night. My skin is really benefitting. I use other products in the morning x
