Ang witty pa nya despite his age.. ♥️🫡
Thank you Fern for featuring Sir Nick and his ancestral house in your blog. I truly can sense his desire, enthusiasm and advocacy for the preservation of our cultural heritage. Sana marami pang katulad niya at ikaw rin.
I like Sir Nick's Idea. To preserve the ancestral houses in the Philippines. I commend him for all his love and all his good ideas. He is right in saying that it's not all financial ang kailangan. Collaboration with the owners and the local govt. A must to save the old Manila and the whole Philippines. I think this is another project for every city and the Mayor and Congressman should be involved. ,"Project Buhayin ang Nakaraan." I think this is one project for the Millennials . This is one way for them to fully undertand the importance of it.. I loved the interview on Sir Nick.

alumni yta si sir nick ng dlsu at retired employee sya ng national museum for 42 years
Grabe ang mga ideas ni Sir Nick, sana nga maisakatuparan at makipagtulungan ang mga local LGUs and communities in maintaining and preserving this national treasures in Quiapo and Metro Manila. Now that tourism is slowly gaining popularity in Manila, dapat talaga mainclude na ang mga old houses and structures sa dapat pagtuunan ng pansin.
Ang sarap makinig kay Sir Nick. I can describe his house as old luxury and old elegance that transcends all other styles. Mabuhay ka Sir Nick. Thanks kayoutubero for this presentation.

Good conversation with Sir Nick Legazpi.. grabe ang daming matututuhan sa kanya.. at diretsong magsalita, magkwento..
Napakaganda at malinis pa ang ancestral house nya..
Totoo po
Very admirable advocacy Mr. Legazpi. Hopefully you will live decades more !
We are so rich in so many aspects yet we are unaware or just take it for granted.
Ang witty pa nya despite his age.. ♥️🫡
Sobrang ganda para kang nag travel back in time napunta sa panahon na hindi pa magulo ang Pinas.
God Bless everyone
