HR informed a staff member that what they experienced by their Supervisor is BORDELINE RACISM, but the employee shouldn't submit a formal complaint to corporate just yet, and that the document should be submitted to her 1st. The staff member had coworkers who spoke up for her because of the unfair treatment. To me it SOUNDS like HR wants to hide info from cooperate while she does the routine investigation. THANKS for this video. Definitely will be sharing it with the staff member with hopes to help her sort out her interaction with HR.
EEOC will not do anything claiming they are backed up. Keep all your documentation for the job you get. Make sure you are very familiar with the duties and responsibilities on that job announcement. When you accept the job, make sure you get a copy of your position description. They like to misuse and abuse the terms " other duties as assigned", " secondary responsibilities" or "full range of function." Know your employee rights and join the union.

@@sweetauthority1068 Borderline racism? LOL. What a joke! Either it is or not. HR will never do a fair and full investigation. They find out what is going on so they can cover it up. It is also a heads up for their lawyer. They might even try to bully or intimidate the witnesses. Even when a 3rd party is involved doing the investigation, it will not be fair. If an agency has to investigate itself or hire a 3rd party to do it, the odds tip in their favor. That is why filing a grievance or doing mediation rarely leads to victory. Even going through the EEOC , OSC or MSPB can be the same way. The systems are corrupt. The good thing is this person has witnesses and they are willing to speak up when most people are scared to. Hopefully someone with some goid morals and ethics will help them out. Not everyone is BAD👿👹😈
@@RR-nl2ep Wow, So you suggest an attorney and bypass the agency? HR tried to get her to sign a non-disclosure agreement today, she refused. I am praying for her greatly.
@@sweetauthority1068 I do. You can have all the evidence you want. The agency can be guilty as sin. If you do not have a lawyer, for some reason they do not respect you or honor your rights. The judge, mediator, agency and agency lawyer will all give you a hard time regardless of what type of evidence or how many witnesses you have. I just don't get it. If a person has legit proof and witnesses, they why they can't win their case without a lawyer? They say you need a lawyer to maximize your awards/damages. He or she needs to get a lawyer on a contingency fee arrangement. I bet you that Tesla worker had to get a lawyer despite all that evidence. SAD.....really is.
