I had ordered a mobile phone. At the time of delivery, I found the weight of the box to be very less. I immediately requested the delivery boy for open box delivery, but the delivery boy refused to deliver the open box. Then I contacted Amazon and told them about the less weight of the packing box. Amazon customer support told us to make a video of unboxing. After that, if any problem arises, Amazon will help you. But no problem has been resolved yet. The video of box unboxing has been shared on social media by us. Please provide help soon.
